PESHAWAR, 13 November: The district administration of Peshawar on Friday arrested 105 people during its crackdown against profiteers and hotels and shops owners who did not adopt proper sanitation measures.

According to a statement issued from the Peshawar Deputy Commissioner Office, surprise visits were conducted in Hayatabad, Namak Mandi, Pajagi Road, Sabzi Mandi, Khazana, University Road, Phandu, Kohat Road, Faqirabad and Cantt areas on Friday during which 105 people were arrested. The arrested people include nanbais (bread sellers), milk sellers, workers of tea stalls, vegetable, fruit, kabab sellers and general stores owners.
