QUETTA, 23 April: 192 police personnel have completed anti-terrorism training under the supervision of the Pakistan Army in Balochistan.

The passing out parade ceremony was held at Quetta Cantt today. Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Commander Southern Command Lt Gen Nasir Janjua, provincial assembly members and civil and military officials attended the passing out parade ceremony.

The police personnel on the occasion displayed their skills learnt during the anti-terrorism training. The passed out recruits told TNN that they will utilise all their skills for countering terrorism.

“It was a very good training. Our morale is high and we will show our skills when the time comes,” a passed out recruit told TNN.

“We will serve the masses and fight against terrorism. The Army has trained us very well,” another cop said.

Mr Janjua said on the occasion that the Pakistan Army is prepared to extend all kinds of cooperation with FC and Police.
