BARA, 22 October: At least 21 militants were killed in the air strikes of Pakistani fighters Jet in Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency, claimed the Inter-Services Public Relation (ISPR) in a statement issued here on Thursday.

ISPR said that the warplanes bombarded the positions of militants in Rajgaal area of Tirah Valley leaving 21 militants dead. The statement claimed that four hideouts of militants were also destroyed in the strikes.

The casualties could not be verified independently as the area is off limit to journalists due to conflict and lack of communication infrastructure.
