PESHAWAR, 23 April: Twenty-two students of NUML University have been given laptops under the Prime Minister’s Laptop Scheme.

A ceremony in this regard was organised at NUML University Peshawar Campus yesterday where Vice Chancellor General (Retd) Masood distributed laptops among 22 students who secured over 70 percent markets in their exams.

The students who received laptops appreciated the government’s laptop scheme.

“It is a very good scheme as many students have got the talent but they could not afford to buy a laptop due to financial problems,” a female student told TNN.

“I am very happy after receiving a laptop today. The laptop scheme will play an important role in encouraging the students to work hard in their studies,” another student said.
