PESHAWAR, 15 July: About 400 doctors who have passed the FCPS tests after MBBS in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have called upon the government to give them house jobs in the hospitals to secure their future.

Dr Qazi Amjid, head of the doctors’ provincial association, said while addressing a press conference at Peshawar Press Club on Thursday that 400 doctors have not been given house jobs despite passing the tests due to which they are very perturbed about their future. He said the number of these doctors will further increase next year if the existing doctors who have passed the FCPS tests were not given training immediately.

The doctors who passed the FCPS tests while talking to TNN demanded the government to immediately provide them house jobs before the expiry of validity date of their FCPS tests.
