PESHAWAR, September 19: A social welfare organisation, Agahi, held a seminar on use of mobile phones and internet.

People from various walks of life, including teachers and students, attended the event at the Sheikh Zayed Islamic Centre, University of Peshawar, on 18 September.

Speakers on the occasion said more than 30 million people were using internet in Pakistan and that most of them were using it for watching immoral and obscene material.

Director of the Islamic Centre, Mr Dost Muhammad, said technology is a good thing, but that its wrong use created problems.
