National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa arrested one Ayaz-ul-Haq of Battagram on the charges of cheating innocent people and looting Rs.10 millions in the garb of Mudaraba, an Islamic mode of business, a press release issued here Thursday said.

According to the press release it has been ascertained during the preliminary inquiry that the accused person lured general public to invest their hard earned money in their fake Muddaraba business on the promise that they would be paid huge profit on their investment. The accused after few months not only stopped paying profits but also refused to pay back original invested money and disappeared from the scene.

NAB has asked the public to submit their claims with proof and relevant documents if they have any claim against the accused.
