PESHAWAR, November 25: The Pakistan Army claims to have killed 20 militants and also destroyed hideouts in the ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan Agency.

The spokesman of army says that security forces carried out aerial strikes in Dattakhel area where they killed militants and also destroyed their sanctuaries.

He said that foreign militants were also among those killed. The army launched the operation in North Waziristan in June this year, leading to displacement of thousands of families. Many rights activists have called for repatriation of the families back to their native areas in the tribal region.
