PESHAWAR: Caretaker Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dost Muhammad Khan on Friday said that the caretaker government has successfully fulfilled its constitutional responsibilities.
He said that credit should be given to the caretaker government for ensuring free and fair elections.
Presiding over the concluding meeting of the caretaker provincial cabinet in Peshawar, he said the government has provided a roadmap of good governance to the next government in all sectors.
Dost Muhammad Khan said bringing the newly merged tribal districts of the province in the national mainstream is in the interest of the nation.
The caretaker CM said that secret of development of the province was in continuation of democracy and strengthening of civilian institutions. He also lauded role of all departments for helping the caretaker set up.
