PHC restores jobs of 245 dismissed naib qasids of local govt departments

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has restored the jobs of 245 naib qasids (peons) of local government departments who were removed from their jobs. A two-member bench of the Peshawar High Court (PHC) including Justice Qaiser Rashid and Justice Ms Musarrat Hilali while hearing the case on Thursday also ordered release of eight months salary of the naib qasids.

The Municipal Committee of Havelian has set on fire over a hundred fruit and vegetable pushcarts after which the vendors have decided to take the matter to the court. People looted through fake Hajj scheme demand action against travel agent

A Charsadda-based fake travel agency has allegedly looted a large number of people and deprived them of their hard-earned money through bogus Hajj scheme, complained a group of the looted persons during a news conference in Peshawar press club on Saturday.
