Frontier College University win sports competitions

Frontier College University have won the sports competitions organised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) among the women colleges in Peshawar. The Frontier College team won the badminton, table tennis, netball, football and basketball competitions and got first position. Bacha Khan College won the tug-of-war competition.

Govt College Mardan win girls’ sports competitions

Government College for Girls Mardan have won the sports competitions among girls colleges affiliated with the Mardan Education Board. Table tennis, cricket, volleyball, basketball, badminton, handball and tug-of-war competitions were organised among more than 20 girls’ colleges. Mardan Degree College won the major trophy by securing 30 points.

BISEM wins inter-board women netball championship

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mardan (BISEM) team won the inter-board women netball championship by beating Peshawar board team in the final by 6-5. The final of the championship was played here at Mardan Girls Degree College.

Inter-college women sports competitions conclude

The sports competitions among 18 colleges affiliated with Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar concluded on Thursday. Competitions in cricket, volleyball, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and athletics were organised at the event. Frontier College was declared overall winner of the competitions.
