Champions Trophy: South Africa win toss, opt to bat against Pakistan

BIRMINGHAM, 07 June: South Africa have won the toss and elected to bat first against Pakistan in group-B match of ICC Champions Trophy 2017 at Birmingham on Wednesday.
South Africa had defeated Sri Lanka to kick off their campaign towards the Champions Trophy title, while Pakistan were at the end of a pasting – against arch-rivals India by 124 runs in its opening match. Pakistan team had made to changes with Fakhar Zaman replacing Ahmad Shehzad while Junaid Khan replacing Wahab Riaz.
“We would have liked to bat too. Morale is high,” he said. Sarfraz insists his team can bounce back after the humiliating defeat against India.
