PESHAWAR, 23 June: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervaiz Khattak has threatened to lock the Peshawar Electricity Supply Company (PESCO) office over excessive power load-shedding.

Addressing the provincial assembly session yesterday, the chief minister said KP receives 500 megawatts less electricity than its share on daily basis. He said KP could not get its due right due to incompetence of the PESCO chief. He said he will lock the PESCO office if the situation did not improve within a week.
