PESHAWAR, 27 November: Construction work has been initiated on a state-of-the-art terminal to Goti area of Torkham district in Nangarhar province in Afghanistan situated near the Pakistan border to facilitate the passengers.

The Nangarhar Transport Department officials said the terminal will be constructed at the cost of $500,000. Nangarhar Transport Minister Muhammad Ayub Sharafat told TNN that the terminal will be constructed on 135 hectors land which will include boundary walls, separate male and female waiting rooms, mosque, washrooms and other facilities. He said the construction of the terminal will greatly facilitate the passengers.
