MINGORA, May 27: A two-day education exhibition has started at the University of Swat, TNN correspondent says.
Students 20 universities from all over the country have displayed their photo art, books and other cultural items at the exhibition for visitors.
Our correspondent says the visitors are taking interest in cultural dresses, handmade paintings and other traditional items.
Ms Rimsha, a student visiting the exhibition, told TNN, “Such kind of activities must be arranged because just studies are not sufficient. We, women, keep on searching places for shopping and we are here for shopping.”
In addition, the photo competition named Rangoona and video competition named Mulki Cultoor were also held among the students.
The vice chancellor of the university, Dr Muhammad Jehanzeb, told TNN, “Such kind of activities encourage the students to show their talent.”
