PESHAWAR, 29 April: The Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) has refused to submit written reply with the Judicial Commission, probing rigging in 2103 elections.

A reply submitted with Judicial Commission by PTI today states that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) wanted to win the elections by hook or by crook, this is why it intrigued to win elections in Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan through systematic rigging.

The Commission should call the acting chief minister of Punjab and chief secretary to probe the rigging charges. The returning officers, it added, were in league with the PML-N to rig the elections. . PTI has collected some evidences but it does not have access to all the evidences.

It merits mentioning here that the Judicial Commission has sought evidences of election rigging from all the parties.
