PESHAWAR, 27 November: For the first time in cricket history, a day-night Test match has been played between Australia and England in Adelaide.
The match is being played using a pink ball. The first two matches of the ongoing three-match series between Australia and New Zealand were played on regular red ball. Australia won the first match, while the second match ended in a draw. Now the third match of the series is being played on day-night format.
The Australian and New Zealand cricket boards have decided to introduce day-night Tests to bring more spectators to the ground and create more entertainment in the game.
