CHITRAL, 15 November: Karachi Welfare Trust, a charitable organisation, has organised a free medical camp in the earthquake affected Charoon Ower area of Chitral.

Dr Nuzat Farooqi, who is providing healthcare facilities at the medical camp, told TNN that about 50-60 patients are being provided treatment and free of cost medicines at the camp on daily basis. She said the 26 October earthquake left psychological impact on the affected people. She said they are making efforts to remove fear from the heart of the quake affected people.

The local people have commended the efforts of the Karachi Welfare Trust for the welfare of the quake-hit area.

Saeed Iqbal, another official of the charitable organisation, told TNN that the organisation will build houses for quake affected people of Chitral.
