WANA, 27 November: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Khan on Thursday announced to appoint 400 men from South Waziristan Agency in the Levies force.

Addressing a local jirga at the Cadet College Spenkai during his visit to South Waziristan, the governor said the tribal people have offered countless sacrifices for Pakistan. He said it is time that the tribal people get reward for their sacrifices.

Mr Mehtab said the government will ensure repatriation of all the FATA people displaced due to military operations by June next year. He said the government will also create job opportunities for the FATA people in their own areas.

On the occasion, the governor ordered reconstruction of Jandola-Wana road and completion of Speen Wam Dam by June next year.
