PESHAWAR, 19 May: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Sardar Mehtab Ahmed Khan has ordered shifting of Razmak Cadet College back to North Waziristan from Nowshera in August.

The governor said in a meeting with the Cadet College administration and some military officers at the Governor House yesterday that law and order situation has improved in North Waziristan after Operation Zarb-e-Azb. He said it is time now to begin reconstruction of damaged institutions in North Waziristan. Mr Mehtab also announced Rs100 million to the FATA Secretariat for restoration and renovation of Razmak Cadet College.

Razmak Cadet College was shifted from North Waziristan to Peshawar and then to Nowshera in 2009 owing to security concerns. The cadet college students used to attend their classes in a temporary campus.
