PESHAWAR, November 6: The Government High School No 4 has won the final match of cricket in the inter-school sports festival.

The Centennial School No 2 batted first and scored 78 runs in 15 overs. However, the Government High School No 4 chased down the target with the loss of six wickets in the final played at the sports ground of Government High School No 4.

On the other hand, the Government Higher Secondary School Pishtakhara had defeated the Chamkani School in the final match of badminton played at the Sports Complex Ground.

Around 16 teams of cricket and 12 teams of badminton from all over Peshawar district participated in the event.
