PESHAWAR, 13 October: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said on Thursday that he will leave politics if he was disqualified.
Imran Khan said after issuance of non-bailable arrest warrant by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) that there is no reason for his disqualification. He said the government is welcome to arrest him if it wants so. He said he will prefer leaving politics over sparing the corrupt mafia.
The Election Commission on Thursday ordered Islamabad Police to arrest Imran Khan and present him on 26 October after his repeated non-compliance to contempt of court notices.
