PESHAWAR, 28 August: Indiscriminate shelling by Indian troops killed six persons besides injuring 50 others, 22 of them women, on this side of Pak-India Working Boundary in Sialkot on Friday.

Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that the Indian forces fired shells on a number of villages on Pakistani side of the Working Boundary. It added that the shelling was properly reciprocated by Pakistani security forces.

It will be pertinent to recall that a Pakistan and India signed a truce in 2013, which has frequently been violated during the last few months.
