PESHAWAR, August 18: Islami Jamiat Talaba, a student wing of the Jamaat-e-Islami, held an exhibition of photographs in the provincial capital Peshawar to express solidarity with Muslims of Palestine.

Provincial Senior Minister Mr Inayatullah Khan inaugurated the exhibition. On the occasion, the senior minister emphasised on the Muslim leaders to stop the violence of Israel against Muslims by holding a meeting of Islamic countries’ leadership and raising voice on international forums.

More than 300 pictures were displayed in the exhibition.

One of the visitors told TNN, “There should be some people trying to raise awareness in society and informing public about what is going on in various parts of the world. Through these photographs, we came to know about how much violence is being perpetrated in Palestine.”
