PESHAWAR, 18 October: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department on Wednesday launched a week-long anti-dengue drive under which the department would clear around 100,000 houses of dengue larva.

The drive was launched in collaboration with United Nations Children Fund where the most affected union councils would be targeted.

A statement issued here said that around 485 teams have been constituted to fumigate areas that were severely affected. The teams would visit every house and aware masses about precautionary measures.
