PESHAWAR, 10 July: An Accountability Court remanded Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Minister for Minerals Development Ziaullah Afridi into Ehtesab Commission custody for 13 days.

The Ehtesab Commission arrested him yesterday for his alleged involvement in corruption and misuse of power. Also, federally-run National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has arrested former minister for minerals development Mahmood Zeb, Bannu Commissioner Ismatullah Gandapur and eight others, who have been given into NAB custody for 11 days.
