PESHAWAR, 22 May: Ranra Youth Organisation, a non-governmental organization (NGO), has arranged a cultural fair in Hayatabad area of the provincial metropolis of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today.

A large number of people thronged the venue of the show which was titled as ‘Peshawar: the city of flowers’. Various stalls, including paintings and henna stalls for application of beautiful mehndi designs, were set up in which visitors showed their keen interest.

A live musical show was also arranged and the melodious voices of Master Ali Haider, Hashmat Sahar, Khalid Malik and female singer Laila kept the audience glued to their seats. Participants of the fair said that such programmes should be held on regular basis.

“It was a great programme which was extremely entertaining. We should hold such events on a regular basis because they are very entertaining for the youth, said a participant. Another visitor said: “It a very nice event. We’ve set up eatery stalls here.”
