TIMERGARA, 18 June: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Malakand has announced results of 9th and 10th annual examinations on Saturday.

Provincial Finance Minister Muzafar Said advocate and member Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Bakht Baidar Khan were the chief guests on the occasion.

According to the notification of the board, a total of 80, 337 students appeared in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams. The percentage of passed students is 74.67 percent.

Miss Nazneen Wahid of the Malakand Public School and College, Dargai topped the exams by security 1016 marks. She was followed by Muhammad Suleman from the Allama Iqbal Model School and College (1011 marks) who got second position. Miss Palwasha Munir from the Malakand Public School and College, Dargai and Miss Aiman Khan from the University Public School, Chakdara shared the third position. Both got 1010 marks each.

The position holder students were awarded cash prizes, shield and certificates on the occasion.
