PESHAWAR, 19 July: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Senior Minister for Local Government Inayatullah has directed the relevant officials to expedite pace of development works going on in Regi Lalma Model Town.

The minister paid a visit to the town on Tuesday to assess the pace of work. Officials of the Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) briefed the minister about different projects.

He was informed that installation of streetlights has been completed at a cost of Rs300 million while construction of roads would be completed at a cost of Rs750 million.

The minister was also briefed about the construction of a police station in Zone-III and construction of boundary wall around the town. The police station would be completed at an estimated cost of Rs300 million, the minister was told.
