PESHAWAR, 10 November: Mobile phone service has been suspended temporarily in different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Peshawar, on the occasion of Chehlum of Shohada-e-Karbala.
Pillion riding has also been banned in different cities owing to security concerns. People are facing a lot of difficulties due to unannounced suspension of mobile phone service.
Strict security measures have been taken for mourning processions in Peshawar on the occasion of the Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA).
Mobile phone service also remained suspended in Karachi and many parts of Punjab.
