PESHAWAR, 05 December: Painting competition was held among university students here in a local hotel.

The competition was organized by non-governmental organization Pakistan Youth Development. Paintings of Pakistan’s historical sites were placed in the completion. Khyber Agency’s Khalid Shah got first position in the competition whereas Peshawar’s Rabia got second position.

Advisor to KP chief minister for higher education Mushtaq Ghani gave away prized to the students.

Talking to TNN, Farhad Shah, president of the society said the purpose of the competition was to discover the hidden talents of the students. He said the organization would hold such competitions twice in a year.
