HANGU, November 26: The Pakistan Army has distributed warm clothing and other necessary goods amongst the internally displaced persons (IPDs) of Orakzai, Khyber and Kurram tribal agencies to provide them relief in the harsh winter season.

TNN correspondent says that goods were distributed at Babrak relief camp set up in Doaba locality of Hangu district where the displaced people were provided with warm clothing, blankets, utensils and food items.

Lieutenant Colonel Wajid Kiyani pledged that the Pakistan Army would continue to support the tribal population in this hour of need. The tribal people affected by the military operations lauded the effort of armed forces after receiving the aid.

“Pakistan Army has provided us with mattresses, blankets, pillows and other necessary items. All of us are very happy; I have received a blanket and other things as well. We have been given every kind of utensils, mattresses, blankets and shawls. We are looking forward for them to help us till we are in need,” a person who received aid told TNN.
