Pakistan has stopped intelligence sharing with US, Khurram Dastagir

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Defence Minister Khurram Dastgir on Thursday announced that Pakistan has suspended intelligence sharing with the U.S.

He said that Pakistan would continue its peace efforts in the region. He said that the decision was taken by the government following suspension of U.S. aid to Pakistan and Trump’s hostile tweet against Pakistan for “lying, Decit” to U.S for years.

United States has withdrawn $255 Millions a due on U.S. which it had to pay Pakistan; a share of Islamabad in Coalition fund programme for fighting the war against terror.

Intelligence sharing between Pakistan and United States of America was considered useful as the later intercepted the Canadian-American couple in Pak -Afghan border.
