PESHAWAR, 15 December: Pakistan successfully test fired Shaheen 1A ballistic missile on Tuesday.

According to ISPR press release the newly tested Shaheen1A is capable of carrying nuclear as well as conventional warheads up to 900 kilometers range.

President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Nawaz Sharif has felicitated the scientists and engineers on the successful firing of the missile.

Last week, Pakistan also conducted a successful test of Shaheen-III surface-to-surface ballistic missile, which can deliver a nuclear warhead up to 2750 kilometers.
