PESHAWAR, 28 May: The judicial commission probing alleged rigging in the General Elections 2013 has ordered opening of polling bags of the National and provincial assemblies’ constituencies.

The judicial commission headed by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk held its hearing in Islamabad yesterday. Lawyers of different political parties, officials of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and other people appeared before the judicial commission.

After consultation, the judicial commission ordered the ECP to open polling bags in all districts through the district judges by 8 June to obtain copies of Form 15. The judicial commission’s order said polling bags in FATA constituencies will be opened under the supervision of the respective political agents.
