QUETTA, 15 November: The teachers of residential colleges in Balochistan on Tuesday ended their strike after successful negotiations with the government.
The students and their parents were extremely concerned due to the strike of the teachers for the last 15 days. After end of the strike, classes will resume at residential colleges from 21 November.
Balochistan Public Accounts Committee Chairman Majeed Khan while talking to TNN said that the strike of teachers during exams was a wrong step.
“All the genuine demands of teachers will be fulfilled by the government and their rights will not be violated,” he assured.
There are four residential colleges in Balochistan which often produce better results than other colleges.
