QUETTA, 21 October: Three police personnel were killed in two separate incidents in Balochistan on Monday.
Station House Officer (SHO) Saryab Police Station Maqbool Ahmed told TNN that head constable Faizullah was going for his duty on a motorcycle when he was shot dead by four motorcyclists in Custom area. The miscreants also took away pistol of the slain policeman.
In another incident, two police personnel, Abdullah and Safeer Muhammad, were shot dead by unknown militants when they were on routine patrol on Boghra Road in Chaman near the Pak-Afghan border. The attackers also took away weapons from the slain policemen. A passerby was also injured in firing of miscreants.
The security forces launched a search operation in the area after the incident but no arrest was made.
The injured named as Amanullah is said to be in critical condition in a local hospital.
