PESHAWAR, 21 October: Pakistan leg-spinner Yasir Shah is fit for the second Test match against England starting in Dubai from Thursday.

The match will start at 11 am Pakistan standard time. 29 years old Yasir Shah has recovered from the back injury which kept him out of the first Test that ended in draw in Abu Dubai last week.

Shah is regarded as a wicket-taking bowler who anchored Pakistan’s wins over Australia and Sri Lanka in the last 12 months. Yasir is likely to replace paceman Rahat Ali on Thursday.

The national team is likely to miss key batsman Azhar Ali who returned home following the death of his mother-in-law.

Pakistan Cricket Board recalled  off-spinner Bilal Asif as cover. He was reported for suspect bowling action in Zimbabwe on October 6 but can still play pending a report on his action which will come in two weeks’ time.

The third and final Test starts in Sharjah on November 1, followed by four one-day internationals and three Twenty20s
